OUR HISTORY
A Hamilton dental practice with roots going back to 1958.
The practice was established by Dr. Russell Reilly in 1958 and moved to 49 East Avenue South in 1964. Dr. Susan Pan and the team continued caring for the community after Dr. Reilly retired in 2005.
Some families have visited the practice for three or four generations. Today, the office combines that continuity with updated diagnostic, restorative, cosmetic and selected surgical care.

Meet the dentists who care for your smile.
Dr. Susan Pan and Dr. Cindy Li provide general, family and cosmetic dentistry, together with selected oral surgery procedures.
Dr. Susan R. Pan, DDS
GENERAL DENTIST
Dr. Pan has practised dentistry since 1986. Her education includes the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at Western University and Sun Yat-Sen University of Medical Sciences.
Her approach emphasizes comprehensive evaluation, treatment planning and ongoing professional development.
Dr. Chenxin (Cindy) Li, DDS
GENERAL DENTIST
Dr. Li completed a BSc in Microbiology and Immunology at McGill University and earned her DDS from USC’s Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry in 2022.
A General Practice Residency at Harbor-UCLA added experience in prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and periodontics. Her focus includes preventive, family, cosmetic and selected surgical care.

Lily Y. L. Shi, RRDH
Restorative Registered Dental Hygienist
Lily has worked in dental care for many years and completed restorative dental hygiene training through the University of Manitoba.
Aileen Hammonds, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Aileen began her dental career in Hamilton and has worked as a registered dental hygienist since graduating from Fanshawe College in 1989.
